Licensed since 1995, Sheena is the Managing Broker/Partner of Ink Realty Group.  She is a long-time Missoulian, parent of 4 kids, graduate of the University of Montana MPA certificate program, past two-time Treasurer and President of Missoula Organization of Realtors. She also serves on the boards of the Missoula Housing Authority, Missoula RecycleWorks, and two Montana Association of Realtors Committees.

Embarking on a dynamic journey in professional sales in 2013, I have passionately dedicated myself to the real estate industry. Achieving my Realtor license in 2016 marked a pivotal moment, and my commitment to excellence led me to secure a Supervising Broker's license in 2019. In 2021, I took the entrepreneurial plunge, establishing Premier Group Real Estate and Premier Group Contracting alongside my business partner Robert La Brie. Allowing us to be multifaceted in the services that we can provide to our amazing clients and the agents that help us represent them.

My commitment to shaping the future of the real estate profession extends beyond my business ventures. In 2023, I in leadership with the Young Professional Networks, showcasing my dedication to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals. Stepping into the role of local Chair in 2024, state Chair in 2025 allowed me to further contribute to the growth and development of emerging talents in the industry.  

My active involvement in the real estate community was further recognized in 2024 when I was elected to the Missoula Organization of Realtors Board. Additionally, I was honored to be appointed to the Montana State Young Professional Network, solidifying my commitment to statewide collaboration and innovation within the real estate landscape.

My personal life is enriched by the joys of family. Married to my wife Shawna in 2008, we are blessed to have three amazing kids that have made life so much fun. These family bonds, coupled with my commitment to community, have been integral to my personal and professional growth.

While I grew up in Spokane, WA, I’ve called Montana home since 2000. I briefly ventured to Kent, WA, to attend ministry school, gaining valuable perspectives that continue to shape my approach to both life and business. Beyond my real estate pursuits, I dedicated 11 years to serving as a youth and family pastor while actively contributing to the church board, showcasing my commitment to community and guiding others on their life journeys.

The best part of both my professional career and personal life are the connections and relationships that have been made along the way.  I’m always looking forward to that next connection.

A 5th generation Montanan, born and raised in Missoula, Karla has a deep-rooted connection to the beauty and lifestyle of Western Montana. After earning a Business Management degree from the University of Montana, she ventured across the country, working in corporate retail management. However, the pull of Montana’s stunning landscapes and tight-knit communities eventually brought her back home to the area she loved.

With years of real estate experience, Karla has developed a reputation for providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. She specializes in a wide range of properties, including equine estates, rural retreats, investment properties, second homes and homes for first-time buyers. An active member of the Missoula Organization of Realtors (MOR), Karla serves as a board member and Chair of Public Affairs, where she stays on top of real estate trends, advocacy issues, and community affairs. Josh is a proud native of Montana. Born and raised in Seeley Lake, he commuted 60 miles to Hellgate High School in Missoula and graduated in 1996. Josh then continued his music studies further at the University of Montana from 1996-2001. He remains an avid music lover and lover of the arts. Josh learned his customer service skills in restaurant management, and worked in franchise development and management training for a fast growing company in Missoula. The opportunity saw him open restaurants and train staff members all over the United States. Josh started his real estate career with his wife Jennifer and their property management company.

Plum Property Management has been a leader in the Missoula rental industry since 2009. Josh developed the vacation and short-term rental department within Plum Property Management, and continues to serve as Director of Business Development. He enjoys working with investors to provide excellent property management and guidance to grow their individual portfolios. This close involvement in the multi-family and commercial real estate segment gives Josh a great perspective on investment properties and their unique needs.

Josh and Jennifer are proud parents of Timothy and Olivia. His work ethic and positive attitude are the biggest traits he hopes to instill in his children. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, playing music, and enjoying the beauty of Montana.

Mandy Snook is a 3rd Generation Montanan, and a 2nd Generation REALTOR®. Mandy spent most of her adult career in education teaching math, collaborating with colleagues, and counseling students. The transition to real estate was natural, and along with the combined 60 years of family experience, her ability to find the information needed and deliver it in any given situation has proven successful for her clients’ real estate goals.

Mandy comes from a Bitterroot Valley ranching family, but now lives in Missoula. Her background and longevity in the area are perfect attributes to help clients buy and sell any type of property, Residential, Ranch, Land, Investment and Commercial in any of the 5 counties she serves. Missoula, Ravalli, Granite, Mineral and Lake.

Mandy is a Past- President for the Missoula Organization of Realtors, and sits on local, state and national Realtor committees. She is an active volunteer at her children’s' schools and gives back to her community by volunteer teaching for the Non-Profit HomeWord first-time home buyers course.
