Description

Registration deadline is October 24th at 5:00 pm. 

The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.  

Course Goals: 

Understand the world of distressed properties and short sales.  Identify the crucial role of the real estate agent and how they can aid the client through a smooth transaction.  Explain the process of a short sale or foreclosure from contract to close. 

Bonus! The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification course counts as an elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation.  

Eligible for 6 CE Hrs.

Class starts promptly at 9:00am, and you may not be permitted to join the class if arriving after 9:08am.

Registration deadline is October 24th at 5:00 pm. No refunds will be issued if attendee cancels less than 7 days prior to class start date.  If attendee cancels their registration after the deadline or simply doesn't show, attendee will be considered a "no-show." Beginning January 1, 2024, no-shows will be issued a $10 fee, following an initial warning.
