Proudly rooted in Missoula, I’ve cheered for the Grizzlies for three generations! My commitment to the community runs deep—I’ve volunteered with MOR4Kids for ten years, supporting children in need, and I participate in our company’s volunteer initiatives.

When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, I’m exploring the great outdoors with my four kids and our lovable dog, Olive Daisy. Montana’s beauty inspires me daily, and I cherish every moment spent in this paradise.

Licensed since 1995, Sheena is the Managing Broker/Partner of Ink Realty Group.  She is a long-time Missoulian, parent of 4 kids, graduate of the University of Montana MPA certificate program, past two-time Treasurer and current President of Missoula Organization of Realtors.

Carly is a full service real estate broker, advisor and Realtor member who's been practicing since 2014.  Marketing expertise, photography, staging advice, market knowledge, contract expertise and problem solving skills are integral services she provides. She strives to make real estate transactions transparent, smooth and positive experiences. 

Carly stays involved with our community and on top of local industry changes by serving on the board at the Missoula Organization of Realtors, their MOR4Kids Committee, and their Public Affairs Committee. She'll serve as President of the organization in 2023. 

Missoula is Carly's lifelong home. She and her husband reside in central Missoula with their pups, Edie and Roxy, and their son Logan.  

Josh is a proud native of Montana. Born and raised in Seeley Lake, he commuted 60 miles to Hellgate High School in Missoula and graduated in 1996. Josh then continued his music studies further at the University of Montana from 1996-2001. He remains an avid music lover and lover of the arts. Josh learned his customer service skills in restaurant management, and worked in franchise development and management training for a fast growing company in Missoula. The opportunity saw him open restaurants and train staff members all over the United States. Josh started his real estate career with his wife Jennifer and their property management company.

Plum Property Management has been a leader in the Missoula rental industry since 2009. Josh developed the vacation and short-term rental department within Plum Property Management, and continues to serve as Director of Business Development. He enjoys working with investors to provide excellent property management and guidance to grow their individual portfolios. This close involvement in the multi-family and commercial real estate segment gives Josh a great perspective on investment properties and their unique needs.

Josh and Jennifer are proud parents of Timothy and Olivia. His work ethic and positive attitude are the biggest traits he hopes to instill in his children. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, playing music, and enjoying the beauty of Montana.

Having lived in Missoula for over 30 years and explored all over Western Montana, she has a great grasp of the local landscape and a deep love for this place. She is committed to exceeding expectations through proactive communication, expert negotiation, dynamic marketing, and a thorough understanding of the local market. 

Her approach is client-centered, focusing on advocacy and honesty to facilitate a smooth and satisfying real estate experience. Cindy specializes in residential real estate with a focus on home prep and staging, first-time buyers, first-time sellers, navigating buying and selling simultaneously, and investors. 

Cindy seeks out continuing education opportunities that will help her excel at serving her clients. She has earned several certifications and designations, including CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute.

Cindy is deeply committed to giving back to the community she loves. She currently serves as a board member and Chair of the Communications Committee for the Missoula Organization of REALTORS®, Treasurer for 406 Pickleball Missoula, and is a founding member of the Women’s Giving Circle of Missoula County. Her past community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Missoula Community Foundation and Mount Sentinel Little League. Through these roles, Cindy works to strengthen local connections, support nonprofit initiatives, and help build a vibrant, engaged Missoula community.
